Hi, I’m Izzie! I love fitness and healthy living, but I have a passion for Mixed Martial Arts, self defense and functional training in particular. I’ve practiced different forms of martial arts for 10 years, kickboxing and Krav Maga being my first love. I’ve competed on the wrestling mat, in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu tournaments and in the MMA cage. With that experience, I’ve taught all of the above to people ranging from 3 to 70 years of age. I absolutely love showing how much fun getting strong, fit and losing weight can be when you’re focused on learning new things! I hope to help instill the same confidence in my people that training helped me find myself!
Favorite Workout:
It depends on my mood when I get to the gym! I love anything to do with martial arts and weight lifting, but I’ll try anything.
Favorite time of day to work out:
Definitely an early morning person.

I love showing what I love to other people!

“Pursuit of Happiness” by Kid Cudi. I’ve walked out to it at my fights a few times.
