Additional Info: A member of the Sante Fitness and Wellness team since 2011, Kelly is a fully certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor specializing in Post-Rehabilitative – graduating clients from Physical Therapy to regular fitness routines. Pulling from her 25+ years’ experience in movement, Kelly has helped 100’s of clients manage chronic medical conditions brought on by injury or illnesses as well as helping all her clients reach their full physical potential. Focusing on bio-mechanics, kinesthetic awareness, proprioception and body-mind connection, Kelly continues to prove that Pilates can be a viable form of exercise for anyone transitioning from Physical Therapy back into any fitness arena.Kelly holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree from Southwest Missouri University and is a graduate of the STOTT PILATES® International Certification Program. She also obtained a certificate from Mini-Med School at Washington University – St. Louis and is a certified Level I LeMond Cycling instructor. Prior to joining Sante, Kelly was an OSHA trainer for Safety Technologies specializing in Safety training and ergonomic solutions and could be found moonlighting on the stages of St. Louis as the Executive Director of Animuex De Danse and as the Co-Host of the St. Louis magazine show See Hear.
