A 90 minute yoga class to challenge your strength, balance, and flexibility. Practice some of the more challenging poses and grow in your practice.
Yoga with an energetic and fast paced practice! With a focus on core and upper body strength, this class warms the muscles in preparation for deeper stretching towards the end of class. Perfect for anyone who wants an intense physical practice that still synchronizes movements with the breath. Experience with Classical Sun Salutation, Sun Salutation A and Sun Salutation B is preferred for a safe, vigorous and fun practice.
Get back to the essence of the asana. This class emphasizes slower, precise movement, alignment and coordination of breath. Perfect for those wanting to refine their existing practice.

Vinyasa means to move or place with intention. Uses fundamental yoga poses to emphasize moving with the flow of the breath. Synchronized movements and poses will be incorporated into sun salutations to help develop steady breath and deeper concentration.
