Favorite time of day to work out: mid-morning for Pilates, evening for yoga

Describe your ideal client/class participant: someone who is willing to make the effort. A good attitude is so important to a healthy life.

What is the most important thing you would want a new client/class participant to know about you? My focus as an instructor is almost entirely on whatever the people in front of me want or need. I want everyone to leave my sessions/classes feeling better than they did when they came in.
