Describe your ideal client/class participant: Somebody who wants to work up a sweat while keeping an open mind and being willing to try something new.

What is the most important thing you would want a new client/class participant to know about you: I like to push you so you feel like you got a good workout, but I also want you to enjoy yourself! I’m very open to feedback so please let me know what you like and dislike.

What is your “go to” workout song: This is embarrassing, but “Fancy” by Iggy Azalea gets me pumped up!
