Describe your ideal client/class participant: There is nothing better than teaching a room full of people who are working hard and digging the music.
What is the most important thing you would want a new client/class participant to know about you? My classes are very music driven. Know, when the music moves, you are probably going to be asked to move too. If the beat gets heavy, it’s a cue that I am going to be asking you to crank up the resistance. Also, I rarely repeat playlists because I love changing up the music. There are so many options!
What is your “go to” workout song? I cannot answer this question. There are so many songs I love, and I love different songs for difference types of workouts. However, I will say, Pitbull is probably the most played artist in my classes.

- I’ve been teaching exercise classes since 2003. I started teaching step, kickboxing and sculpting classes. I can still handle those classes, but my passions now are cycling and yoga.
