Favorite Workout: Kettlebells are what I use most often, but Olympic Weightlifting is by far my favorite. The Snatch and Clean & Jerk are my favorite lifts bar none.
Favorite time of day to work out: 2-3pm. My body doesn’t like to be super coordinated early in the day and takes some time to get going.
Describe your ideal client/class participant: My ideal client/participant is a sponge…. someone who is ready to learn and absorbed information. Extra points if they can move well and have an athlete’s mindset. Realistically anyone who wants to learn new or refine old movement patterns would be great to work with.
What is the most important thing you would want a new client/class participant to know about you? I chose Strength and Movement Coaching as my career path because it will never feel like a job to me. Helping people improve their lives through developing better movement patterns and higher levels of fitness is something that brings be great joy.
As your coach I am here for you and I’m invested in helping you get to where you want to be. Reaching your goal(s) is going to be a journey we will travel together. We will find the best path along this journey together and I will be there to help you along every step of the way.
What is your “go to” workout song? Short answer; Anything with a solid beat and some BASS. Longer workouts I prefer long techno sets with really smooth transitions. If I am needing get after it then something with a lot of bells or piano coupled with bassy under tones.
Specific songs: Left/Right – Broken, Racing For a Red-light or Stanton Warriors – Where’s the Beef
