Favorite Workout: Weightlifting- friends don’t let friends skip leg day

Describe your ideal client/class participant: Someone wanting to learn proper technique, work hard, and have fun. Showing up is the hardest part. You can do this!

What is the most important thing you would want a new client/class participant to know about you? In Insanity class, I want you to give it all you got. Whether you are using 5lb dumbbells or 20lb dumbbells, are a beginner or elite athlete- I want you to push yourself to work harder than you thought you were capable of. I will educate you, motivate you, and encourage you to give me 100%. This is YOUR workout. Bring your A game, and let’s have some fun. I aim to keep class very engaging and high energy so that the hour flies by.

What is your “go to” workout song? Early 2000s hip hop… think Ludacris, Usher, Lil Jon, and Nelly. Also, I would like to be Beyoncé or Britney Spears in my next lifetime.

Additional info: I have been in the fitness industry since 2004. Health and fitness is my true passion in life!
