Favorite Workout: As much as I love squats, I have to say my favorite workout is a run outside on a nice warm day (…and preferably on a beach!).
Favorite time of day to work out: My favorite time of day to workout is after a hard day of work but before dinner.
Describe your ideal client/class participant: My ideal class participant is someone who is open to being challenged.
What is the most important thing you would want a new client/class participant to know about you?: The most important thing I would want a new class participant to know about me is that as a fitness instructor and training clinical psychologist specializing in eating disorder and obesity research, I have a lot to say about what it means to be healthy. Health is not just a physical journey – it’s an emotional and psychological one too!
What is your “go to” workout song? I don’t have a specific “go to” song – I like anything that gets me eager to move!
